(Case T-10/24)

Parties

Applicants: TU and BY (represented by: N. de Montigny, lawyer)

order the Parliament to forward the administrative inquiry report to the applicants;

order the Parliament to pay compensation of EUR 20 000 to each applicant;

order the Parliament to pay the costs.

Pleas in law and main arguments

In support of the action against the decisions of 9 and 28 March 2023 by which the Advisory Committee on Harassment rejected the applicants’ request for access to the administrative inquiry report drawn up in relation to the acts of harassment to which they were subjected by a Member of the European Parliament in the course of their duties as accredited parliamentary assistants, the applicants rely on two pleas in law.

First plea in law, alleging failure to state reasons.

Second plea in law, alleging infringement, first, of Article 24 of the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union, second, of the duty to provide assistance and, lastly, of the principle of good administration.
