Order
1 By application lodged at the Registry of the General Court on 24 November 2010, the applicants, CISCO Shipping Company Limited and IRISL Multimodal Transport Company, informed the Court in accordance with Article 99 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court that they wished to discontinue the proceedings.
2 In the present case, since the discontinuance occurred before the application was notified to the defendant and before the defendant was able to incur costs, it suffices to decide that the applicants who applied for discontinuance of the proceedings shall bear their own costs.
On those grounds,
THE GENERAL COURT (Fourth Chamber)
hereby orders:
1. CISCO Shipping Company Limited and IRISL Multimodal Transport Company shall be removed from the list of applicants in case T-489/10.
2. CISCO Shipping Company Limited and IRISL Multimodal Transport Company shall bear their own costs.
