2.    Orders Sachi Premium-Outdoor Furniture Lda to pay its own costs and also the costs incurred by the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) (OHIM);

3.    Orders Gandia Blasco, SA to pay its own costs.
