Subject-matter

Appeal brought against the judgment of the General Court (Fourth Chamber) of 16 September 2013 in Case T376/10 Mamoli Robinetteria v Commission, by which the General Court dismissed an application seeking, primarily, annulment of Commission Decision C(2010) 4185 final of 23 June 2010 relating to a proceeding under Article 101 TFEU and Article 53 of the EEA Agreement (Case COMP/39.092 – Bathroom Fittings and Fixtures), in so far as it concerned the applicant, and, in the alternative, cancellation or reduction of the fine imposed on the applicant – Infringement of the principle that fines must have a proper legal basis – Inability to pay – Procedural irregularities before both the Commission and the General Court.
