Appeal brought against the judgment of the Court of First Instance (Fifth Chamber, Extended Composition) of 30 November 2004 in Case T-168/02 IFAW Internationaler Tierschutz-Fonds v Commission, dismissing an application for annulment of a decision of the Commission rejecting a request made by IFAW pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents (OJ 2001 L 145, p. 43) in order to obtain access to certain documents of the German authorities, on imperative grounds of major public interest to achieve declassification of a site protected under Council Directive 92/43/EEC of 21 May 1992 on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora (OJ 1992 L 206, p. 7). Pourvoi formé contre l'arrêt du Tribunal de première instance (cinquième chambre élargie), du 30 novembre 2004, IFAW Internationaler Tierschutz-Fonds / Commission (T-168/02), rejetant une demande visant l'annulation de la décision de la Commission rejetant une demande introduite par IFAW conformément au règlement (CE) n° 1049/2001 du Parlement européen et du Conseil, du 30 mai 2001, relatif à l'accès du public aux documents du Parlement européen, du Conseil et de la Commission (JO L 145, p. 43), afin d'obtenir l'accès à certains documents des autorités allemandes évoquant des raisons impératives d'intérêt public majeur pour parvenir au déclassement d'un site protégé par la directive 92/43/CEE du Conseil, du 21 mai 1992, concernant la conservation des habitats naturels ainsi que de la faune et de la flore sauvages (JO L 206, p. 7)
