Annulment of Decision C (2007) 6474 final of 19 December 2007 regarding a procedure for the application of Article 81 of the EC Treaty and Article 53 of the EEA Agreement (Cases COMP/34.579 – MasterCard, COMP/36.518 – EuroCommerce, COMP/38.580 – Commercial Cards) concerning the intra-EEA multilateral interchange commissions applied by MasterCard to cross-border transactions by payment card carried out using debit and credit cards and charged to consumers, bearing the logo MasterCard or Maestro in the European Economic Area or, in the alternative, annulment of the instruction addressed to the applicant to discontinue those commissions within six months, failing which daily penalty payments will be applied
