Zprávy z rešerší
Zprávy z rešerší jsou vypracovávány na žádost Soudního dvora nebo Tribunálu k určitému tématu. Vybrané rešeršní zprávy jsou zpřístupněny veřejnosti, aby pomohly podpořit vzájemné porozumění vnitrostátním právním řádům.
Zprávy z rešerší jsou srovnávací studie vyžádané Soudním dvorem nebo Tribunálem v souvislosti s určitou projednávanou věcí. Tyto zprávy se mohou týkat jedné nebo několika otázek či témat a obsahují srovnání právních řádů členských států, což umožňuje širší vhled do příslušných otázek. Právní oblasti zpráv z rešerší se liší podle věcí předložených Soudnímu dvoru a Tribunálu.
Zprávy obsahují rozbor toho, jak je daná otázka řešena v různých právních systémech. To je shrnuto formou strukturovaného srovnávacího přehledu.
Zprávy jsou vypracovávány ve francouzštině. Srovnávací přehled je před zveřejněním přeložen do angličtiny.
