Noty badawcze
Noty prawnoporównawcze dotyczące konkretnego zagadnienia sporządzane są na wniosek Trybunału Sprawiedliwości lub Sądu. Niektóre z nich udostępnia się publicznie w celu promowania wzajemnego zrozumienia przepisów krajowych.
Noty badawcze to analizy porównawcze zlecane przez Trybunał Sprawiedliwości lub Sąd w związku z toczącą się sprawą. Mogą one odnosić się do określonych kwestii lub tematów i zawierać porównanie porządków prawnych państw członkowskich, co umożliwia szerszy wgląd w istotne kwestie.
