Výskumné správy
Výskumné správy sa vypracúvajú na žiadosť Súdneho dvora alebo Všeobecného súdu na konkrétnu tému. Vybrané výskumné správy sú sprístupnené verejnosti s cieľom pomôcť podporiť vzájomné porozumenie vnútroštátnym právnym poriadkom.
Výskumné správy sú komparatívne štúdie, ktoré si vyžiadal Súdny dvor alebo Všeobecný súd v súvislosti s prejednávanou vecou. Tieto správy sa môžu týkať jednej alebo viacerých otázok či tém a obsahovať porovnanie právnych poriadkov členských štátov, čo umožňuje širšie pochopenie príslušných otázok. Právne oblasti výskumných správ sa líšia podľa vecí predložených Súdnemu dvoru a Všeobecnému súdu.
Výskumné správy obsahujú analýzu toho, ako sa daná otázka rieši vo viacerých právnych systémoch. To je zhrnuté v štruktúrovanom komparatívnom prehľade.
