Central record of processing activities

Under Article 31(5) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725, EU institutions and agencies are required to keep their records of personal data processing activities in a central record. This record contains, in particular, information on the data controller, the data subject, and the purpose of the processing. It must be publicly available.

At the Court of Justice of the European Union, the central record of processing activities is maintained by the Data Protection Officer (DPO).

You can consult the central record of processing activities at the bottom of this page. You can also use the search bar.

Each individual record is available in the language in which it was drafted.
