Who will be your team?
The main mission of the Information Technology Directorate is to define, based on the institution's orientations and priorities, the information technology strategies to be initiated, and to develop a modern, state-of-the-art infrastructure in the fields of computing, telecommunications, and multimedia. The Data Management team’s mission is to ensure trusted, accessible, and well-governed data across the organization by establishing and operating a comprehensive data governance framework, through robust master and reference data management, data quality, and integration processes.
What will your contribution be?
We are seeking a Data Specialist to help us strengthen the reliable, scalable, and efficient management of data integration and processing within the Court. In this role, you will be required to:
- Conduct the implementation, configuration, and evolution of data pipelines and integration workflows within the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environment.
- Design, implement, and evolve near real-time and real-time data integrations within the IDMC environment, to ensure the timely, consistent, and secure exchange of information between systems and platforms.
- Manage complex data flows, identify key areas of attention related to data quality, performance, and reliability, and propose recommendations in line with the Court’s operational requirements and priorities.
- Draft technical documentation aimed at supporting the understanding, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of data integration processes.
- Contribute to enhancing the quality and governance of the data products created within the Court's environment.
Are you who we are looking for?
Basic qualifications:
- Be a national of one of the Member States of the European Union (EU).
- University studies of at least 3 years attested by a diploma. (Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related field).
- A thorough knowledge of one of the EU’s official languages and a satisfactory knowledge of another. For working reasons, a good knowledge of French or English is Working English level is mainly needed for collaborating with software editors and support teams.
Desirable qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in data management, including data integration and data warehousing.
- Hands-on expertise with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform.
- Strong Oracle SQL skills, with a solid background in data analysis, standardization, and modelling.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement multiple data integration patterns, covering both batch and real-time processing.
