Entry into office of two new Members of the General Court of the European Union

By decision of 30 September 2026, the representatives of the governments of the Member States appointed Ms Andria Buhagiar and Mr Ivan Stoynev as judges of the General Court of the European Union for the period from 5 October 2026 to 31 August 2031.

On the occasion of the taking of the oath and entry into office of the new Members of the institution, a formal sitting of the Court of Justice of the European Union will take place today.
