Judicial Calendar Guide
The Court of Justice of the European Union’s judicial calendar shows the hearings scheduled at the Court of Justice and the General Court for the current week and the next four weeks.
How can I use the judicial calendar?
There are a number of ways to access information about the hearings.
From the home page
The calendar tool on the homepage allows easy access to information about all hearings on a specific date, by clicking on that day – or for a week, by clicking on the week number.
You can also access the entire calendar by clicking on the “Search” link.
Advanced Search
The calendar page itself provides all the information available about upcoming cases.
The filters on the left of the screen allow you to
- refine your search to find hearings and judgments within a specific date range
- filter by the type of event
- refine your search by case number or case name, or
- limit the results to one or other of the two courts
The “streaming” icon
indicates whether a hearing will be made available online. Please note that hearings are not streamed live.
Judgments and Opinions that will be streamed live on the site are identified by this icon:
