anniversaire de l’arrêt
du 5 février 1963,
Van Gend en Loos.
Lors de cette journée l’arrêt
a été examiné en tant que

ont façonné l’édi ce
constitutionnel de l’Union ainsi
que du point de vue
de ses potentialités
dans le développement futur
de la construction européenne.
