Formal sitting of the Court of Justice for the taking of the oath of a new Advocate General

Following the resignation of Mr Nicholas Emiliou, the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States appointed Ms Stéphanie Laulhé Shaelou as an Advocate General at the Court of Justice by decision of 10 July 2026. Ms Laulhé Shaelou's term of office will run from 13 July 2026 until 6 October 2027, corresponding to the remainder of Mr Emiliou's term of office.
