Bilješke o istraživanju
Bilješke o istraživanju sastavljaju se o određenom pitanju na zahtjev Suda ili Općeg suda. Javnosti je dostupna selekcija istraživačkih bilješki kako bi se potaknulo uzajamno razumijevanje nacionalnih zakonodavstava.
Bilješke o istraživanju su komparativne studije pripremljene na zahtjev Suda ili Općeg suda u vezi s predmetom koji je u tijeku. Te se bilješke mogu odnositi na jedno ili na više pitanja ili tema i sadržavati usporedbu pravnih poredaka država članica, čime se omogućuje širi uvid u relevantna pitanja. Pravna područja bilješki o istraživanju razlikuju se ovisno o predmetima pokrenutima pred Sudom i Općim sudom.
Bilješke o istraživanju sadržavaju analizu rješavanja tog pitanja u više pravnih sustava. To je sažeto strukturiranim komparativnim pregledom.
Bilješke su sastavljene na francuskom jeziku. Komparativni pregled prevodi se na engleski jezik prije objave.
