Kutatási feljegyzések
A Kutatási feljegyzések a Bíróság vagy a Törvényszék felkérése alapján készülnek egy adott tárgykörben. A Kutatási feljegyzések egy részét a nyilvánosság számára is elérhetővé teszik annak érdekében, hogy elősegítsék a nemzeti jogrendszerek kölcsönös megismerését.
A Kutatási feljegyzések a Bíróság vagy a Törvényszék által valamely folyamatban lévő ügy kapcsán kért összehasonlító tanulmányok. E feljegyzések egy vagy több kérdésre vagy tárgykörre vonatkozhatnak, és összehasonlítást tartalmaznak a tagállamok jogrendszereiről, tágabb betekintést engedve a vonatkozó kérdésekbe. A Kutatási feljegyzések tárgyát képező jogterületek a Bíróság és a Törvényszék előtt folyamatban lévő ügyektől függően változnak.
A Kutatási feljegyzések elemzést tartalmaznak arra vonatkozóan, hogy az adott kérdést különböző jogrendszerekben miként kezelik. Ezt az elemzést egy strukturált összehasonlító áttekintés foglalja össze.
A feljegyzések francia nyelven készülnek. Az összehasonlító áttekintést a közzététel előtt angolra is lefordítják.
