Cuireann doiciméid faireacháin dlí nuashonruithe ar fáil maidir le forbairtí tábhachtacha cásdlí i mBallstáit an Aontais agus i dtríú tíortha. Eagraítear na nuashonruithe sin go croineolaíoch nó de réir ábhair.
Blúirín Nuachta
Foilsíonn an Stiúrthóireacht um Thaighde agus Doiciméadú ‘Blúirín Nuachta’ go rialta ar chásdlí chúirteanna Bhallstáit an Aontais nó tríú tíortha. Áirítear orthu sin blúiríní nuachta maidir leis an méid seo a leanas:
- cinntí náisiúnta tar éis réamhrialú: príomhbhreithiúnais arna dtabhairt ag cúirteanna náisiúnta tar éis réamhrialú ón gCúirt Bhreithiúnais nó ón gCúirt Ghinearálta;
- cinntí ar díol spéise iad i ndlí an Aontais: Breithiúnais ó chúirteanna bunreachtúla agus uachtaracha na mBallstát nó tríú tíortha den chuid is mó atá ábhartha go háirithe do dhlí an Aontais — amhail na breithiúnais sin a thugann aghaidh ar shaincheisteanna tábhachtacha a bhaineann le dlí an Aontais a chur i bhfeidhm nó a fhorbairt.
