EU-Domstolens websted har fået en ny udformning for at gøre det nemmere at få adgang til klare og fuldstændige oplysninger.

Nu lanceres Curia Web TV – en helt ny audiovisuel platform, der skal fremme åbenhed og gennemsigtighed, og som er tilgængelig for alle.

Den Europæiske Unions Domstol har lanceret det opdaterede InfoCuria, dens database og søgemaskine for retspraksis.

On 1-2 December, the Court of Justice of the European Union welcomed judges from across the EU for its annual “Meeting of Judges”. This is an opportunity for national judges to see the Court in action and to take part in discussions with Members of the Court on subjects of mutual interest. The visit takes place in the context of the close relations that the Court fosters with national judiciaries.

On 24 November, a delegation from the European Court of Human Rights visited the Court of Justice of the European Union. The Presidents of both Courts addressed a wide range of issues in a joint interview and discussion available to watch in full. Judges of both courts had a fruitful series of exchanges on a variety of subjects of common interest.

On 3-4 November, the Court of Justice paid an official visit to Cyprus, hosted by the Supreme Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of Cyprus.
