    On 12 March 2026, President Lenaerts and Judge Bošnjak participated in a conference hosted by the French Cour de Cassation marking the 30th anniversary of the Court of Justice’s judgment in Brasserie du Pêcheur and Factortame. The visit takes place in the context of the close relations that the Court fosters with national judiciaries.
