Nu går det att ansöka till praktikprogrammet vid EU-domstolen i Luxemburg för perioden mars–juli 2027. Den 14 juli 2026 kommer EU-domstolen att hålla muntlig förhandling i målen C-865/24 P Ordre néerlandais des avocats du barreau de Bruxelles m.fl. mot rådet och C-866/24 P Ordre des avocats à la cour de Paris and Couturier mot rådet. Målen rör överklaganden av tidigare avgöranden om restriktiva åtgärder som vidtagits av EU och som förbjuder tillhandahållande av juridiska rådgivningstjänster till Rysslands regering och enheter som är etablerade i Ryssland.

On 1-2 December, the Court of Justice of the European Union welcomed judges from across the EU for its annual “Judges' Forum”. This is an opportunity for national judges to see the Court in action and to take part in discussions with Members of the Court on subjects of mutual interest. The visit takes place in the context of the close relations that the Court fosters with national judiciaries.

On 24 November, a delegation from the European Court of Human Rights visited the Court of Justice of the European Union. The Presidents of both Courts addressed a wide range of issues in a joint interview and discussion available to watch in full. Judges of both courts had a fruitful series of exchanges on a variety of subjects of common interest.
