Beschreibung	Structural funds - European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) - Area-related aid - Identification of agricultural parcels by the competent national authority - Recovery of aid - Administrative penalty The Supreme Court explained that as it is the duty of the competent authority, not the applicant for aid, to identify agricultural parcels correctly, the applicant may not be penalised if the competent authority later realises it had identified the parcel incorrectly. The Court also discussed the identification of an agricultural parcel where junipers grow on traditional grazing land.
