Legal Adviser on Administrative Matters

The Legal Adviser on Administrative Matters provides the Court of Justice of the European Union with legal advice on issues related to its role as an administrative body.

The Legal Adviser represents the institution before the Court of Justice and the General Court in staff disputes and other legal procedures.

The Legal Adviser is also consulted on the Court’s public procurement procedures and on contracts entered into by the Court.
