The Court’s social media accounts are managed by the Communications Directorate of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
These accounts provide information concerning decisions and certain institutional events (formal sittings, official visits, other institutional activity …). Due to the volume of cases decided by the Court, please note that not all decisions will be covered by the social media accounts.
The sending of direct messages or comments will not be regarded as an official request for information. If you need to contact the Court on an official basis, please use our contact page.
The Court does not systematically follow the accounts of its followers. Accounts which are clearly malicious or which spam will no longer be followed. The fact that an account is followed by one of the Court’s accounts cannot be regarded as approval or support of that account by the Court of Justice of the European Union.
The Communications Directorate updates and monitors the activity on the Social Media accounts during working hours, Monday to Friday.
