Individual visitors

Individual visitors can attend public hearings held during the Court terms. As a general rule, they are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and start at 9:30 a.m. The duration of the hearings vary in length. Please consult the judicial calendar to select a hearing. Prior registration with the Visits Service is not necessary.

Individual visitors who wish to attend a public hearing at the Court of Justice or the General Court are requested to make themselves known at the visitors’ entrance (map), with their identity card, passport or driving licence in order to obtain an identification badge. It is recommended that visitors arrive at least 15 minutes before the hearing. The number of places available is limited and it is not possible to reserve a place. During the hearing, visitors are required to comply with the Court’s security rules and rules of conduct.
