Perscommuniqués zijn bedoeld om het grote publiek en journalisten in toegankelijke taal te informeren over zaken die interessant zijn voor de media of invloed hebben op het leven van de burgers. Ze bestrijken ook de belangrijkste gebeurtenissen binnen de instelling.
Het Hof maakt daarnaast ook
samenvattingen
van zijn belangrijkste uitspraken. De samenvattingen zijn vooral bedoeld voor een meer gespecialiseerd publiek, met name juristen, die over een gedetailleerd overzicht van de uitspraken van het Hof van Justitie en het Gerecht wensen te beschikken.
